Huge outlet village to be built by the Finns in 2018 near Torfyanovka

The Finnish builders began to build the outlet village near the Torfyanovka checkpoint on the Russian-Finnish border on September 30. Outlet village will be built on the Finnish territory in the municipality of Virolahti. The owner is a Finnish company Zsar Outlet Village, the name of which will be referred to the outlets.

In 2018 it is planned to open 65 stores of such brands as Nike, Hugo Boss, Guess, Le Creuset's, Maya Maya and other well-known international brands. Also Zsar Outlet Village signed the rental agreements with the Finnish food network Restamax, such Russian companies as Sunsolon, that sells sunglasses brands, and Stayer, which produces sportswear.

According to plans, opening of the outlet village will create 800 new jobs. The first phase opening of Zsar Outlet Village is planned in 2018.
