Representatives of Inventure, one of the largest funds in Finland, announced the completion of the initial phase in the creation of a special unit designed to help start-up companies in the field of hi-tech.

The Investment Fund III, which was opened in early 2017, attracted the attention of a large number of investors, including major insurance companies of Finland Elo, Ilmarinen, representatives of the banking sector and even European Investment Fund. Fund analysts expect the capital increase to 135 million dollars before the end of the year.

Scandinavia has high hopes for the high-tech industry, actively developing such areas as the implementation of artificial intelligence into production, virtual reality technology, development of new materials. That is why the established investment fund has become popular not only in Finland but also in other Nordic countries.
