Finnish energy Fortum corporation, more than half owned by the state, is actively promoting the use of electric vehicles in the Nordic countries. Another charging station has recently been opened in the South of Sweden.

Fortum is developing one of its most successful Charge & Drive services, which includes not only stations for servicing electric vehicle batteries, but also a system for finding the nearest charging points on the map, their status and the ability to use them. New points of the so-called "fast charging" Charge & Drive are built along high-speed roads, providing the opportunity to move by an electric car on the most important chord between the capitals of Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Currently, the total number of stations exceeds 1500. As a result, the use of environmentally friendly modes of transport in the EU should become even more attractive and easy.
