Finnish family company Baron Foodtech, specialists in the field of baking production, helped bring a new brand Foodcode, which perfectly meets modern needs for healthy eating, to the Russian market. The whole recipe was developed on individual request.

A distinctive feature of the new brand is the absence of gluten in the composition, the range includes not only bread, but also sweet desserts. The Russian gluten-free market has just begun to develop actively, and Baron Foodtech plans to launch several more projects with partners from Russia.
