One of the most famous Finnish food brands in Russia Valio sells a plant located in the village of Ershovo, Moscow region. The terms of the transaction will remain classified at the request of the parties.
The company will continue to produce processed and hard cheeses under the Valio brand, but the production will be managed by specialists of the Russian meat company Velcom in the future. The brand can be used during the transition period, but its duration is still unknown.
