Since the beginning of the year, the cost of goods delivered from Finland to Russia has increased by more than 20%. Equipment for mining and timber processing enterprises became the basis of exports.

Imports from the Russian Federation also showed a significant increase of almost 24% compared to the period before the COVID-19 pandemic. At the same time, Finnish companies are increasingly thinking about localization of production to reduce costs and promote the brand on the market.
