Freight traffic between Finland and China is becoming permanent
Julkaistu 14 toukokuu 2019
The rail freight route between Anhui province in Eastern China and the capital of Finland began to operate on a regular basis. Delivery of the container takes no more than two weeks.

This project was developed in conjunction with the structure of Russian Railways "Eurasian railway Alliance", co-founders of which, besides Russia, are Belarus and Kazakhstan, and logistics companies in Finland and China. Trains delivering rail and sea containers run in both directions at intervals of 14 days.

According to experts, the presence of a large port on one of the segments of the route and stability in the schedule of the Hefei-Vuosaari train should attract more carriers in the future and significantly increase the volume of goods delivered.
