Finnish airline company banned Galaxy Note 7 transportation

To ensure safety of shipment by air, Finnair airline company banned transportation of Galaxy Note 7 smartphones in carry-on and baggage, fontanka.fi reports.

This model of smartphones was taken out of the market by Samsung Electronics producer in view of the cases of spontaneous combustion during their charging. Production of Galaxy Note 7 has been suspended since 10 October 2016.

Press Service of the airline company distributed a notification of a ban on shipment of this model of smartphones by passengers in the air transport of Finnair company.
