Finnish concern Konecranes will buy a division of Terex company

The Finnish manufacturer of hoisting equipment and cranes, Konecranes, is going to buy out a share of american company Terex - namely, a division which is responsible for launch of materials processing systems and harbour decisions. Closing of business is planned at the beginning of 2017, and its cost will amount to more 1,1 bn euros.
In Konecranes administration’s opinion, this bargain will help the Finnish company not only to increase dramatically trade volume but also to establish itself firmly in this area domestically as well as internationally.
