27th May about fifty demonstrators went in the central streets of Helsinki to the Senate Square to oppose a free market agreement between EU and the USA. According to protesters, heads of this agreement are aimed at satisfaction of big corporations’ interests and prejudice the interests of civil society.

Apart from demands to break off negotiations on signing of a commercial-investment contract between EU and the USA, the protesters insist on abrogation of the same treaty between EU, USA and WTO countries. They are also against ratification of the free trade agreement between EU and Canada.
