Helsinki port increased its annual cargo turnover

According to PortNews, for the first two months of 2017 the Helsinki port cargo turnover increased by 15,3% compared with the same indices of the last year and amounted to 2,14 million tons. There is an increase in export cargo transshipment (+11%) and in import figures as well.

Such growth in cargo turnover of the Helsinki port for the specified period is quite significant, because for the whole year of 2016, an increase was only 1.9%.
