Finland increases its imports of Russian reindeer
Publishedо 4 March, 2020
In the first two months of this year Finland imported almost 280 tons of reindeer meat produced in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous district of the Russian Federation. This volume is almost 60% of the last year's deliveries.

Reindeer meat is widely used in the cuisine of the Nordic countries , in Finland it is used for the production of sausages, pates and other canned products. The increase in the volume of supplies confirms the high quality of Russian-made raw materials, which gives prospects for further development of this traditional fishery in the Russian Federation.
